Inflatable
boats used at cottages represents a fascinating new way of enjoying the
water for those who are new to boating as well as for experienced boaters
who have been using a more conventional type of boat based at their
property. For many cottagers and rural property owners a conventional
Aluminum boat has been their only choice. Often these were used as a
family runabout, often given to the children as a “kids boat”,
sometimes used as a
general-purpose workboat. Many of these craft are up for renewal and we
believe that the right choice of Inflatable boat can supply an excellent
long lasting and safer alternate for all of these purposes.
Our two brands
of Inflatable boats the Zodiac and Bombard lines are well suited to
Cottage use. They are very durable, easily repaired and store in the space
of a large suitcase. They come with either Aluminum or wood floors or the
new 21st century inflatable floor, which is amazingly rigid. We
also supply a line of Rigid Hull boats with inflatable pontoons, which
look similar to the all-inflatable designs. These R.I.B’s (Rigid
Inflatable Boats) are quite amazing and bridge the gap between a
completely inflatable boat and a more conventional boat made of all
Fibreglass or all Aluminum.
